摘 要:为了建立血液重复采集和长期输液静脉通路,提高连续动态采血和静脉给药效率,试验以3只母绵羊为试验动物,对其颈部中段运用改良型塞丁格技术插入中心静脉导管进行研究,后续进行血液采集和静脉输液效果评价。在安装导管前后检测血常规指标,观察颈部中心静脉置管术对绵羊的影响,根据试验动物的疼痛表现和分级标准进行术后评价。结果表明:经颈外静脉行中心静脉置管术对羊只伤害小,安装后可以在7 d内重复采血和输液,羊只表现正常,置管部位血管无异常,羊只外观、饮食饮水和临床表现均正常。术前与术后测定的6项血常规指标均差异不显著(P>0.05)。颈部中心静脉置管术未对3只羊造成疼痛和痛苦,均为一级。说明在对羊频繁采血或持续静脉给药等相关试验中,应用中心静脉置管技术效果较好。In order to establish repeated blood collection and long-term infusion venous access, and to improve the efficiency of continuous dynamic blood collection and intravenous administration, the experiment took 3 ewes as experimental animals, conducted the research on the use of modified Seldinger technique to insert central venous catheter in the middle of the neck, and then performed blood collection and intravenous infusion effect evaluation. The blood routine indexes were tested before and after the catheter was installed, the influence of central venous catheterization in the neck on the sheep was observed, and the postoperative evaluation was carried out according to the pain performance and grading standards of the experimental animals. The results showed that central venous catheterization through the external jugular vein had little harm to the sheep;blood sampling and infusion could be repeated within 7 days after installation;the sheep behaved normally, the blood vessels at the catheterization position were normal, and the sheep’s appearance, diet and drinking, behavior and clinical manifestations were normal. There was no significant difference in the 6 blood routine indexes measured before and after operation(P>0.05). Cervical central venous catheterization did not cause pain and suffering to the 3 experimental animals, all were up to grade one. The results suggested that in the experiments related to frequent blood sampling or continuous intravenous administration of sheep, the application of central venous catheterization technology had a good effect.
