摘　　要：随着慢性病的肆虐与卫生费用的不断增高,慢性病给患者造成的经济负担及所引发的经济风险越来越受到社会各界的关注。导致这一问题日益凸显的原因无疑是复杂的,然而针对这一复杂问题应如何展开分析,国内目前尚缺乏可借鉴的系统性、综合性分析框架。本研究在文献研究基础上,通过多维视角慢性病费用负担及经济风险的定量研究及其影响因素分析,结合专题小组讨论等定性方法的综合运用,对慢性病费用负担及风险研究所应涵盖的多维分析框架进行了探讨,构建出了涵盖"人口结构特征–空间地理分布特征–社会经济特征–风险行为特征–健康与疾病状况–卫生服务利用特征"等视角的慢性病人群负担及经济风险综合分析框架,为整体把握和精准勾勒高经济负担和风险家庭的分布特征提供框架性的分析思路,更为精准锁定高经济风险慢性病人群及决策者制定靶向干预策略和手段提供参考。With the prevalence of chronic diseases and the increasing cost of health care, the economic burden and risk caused by chronic diseases have attracted more and more attentions from all walks of life. How to analyze this complex problem is still lack of a systematic and comprehensive analysis framework in China. On the basis of literature research, we discuss the multi-dimensional analysis framework for chronic disease cost burden and risk research through multidimensional quantitative research and impact factor analysis, combined with the comprehensive application of qualitative methods such as focus group discussion. A comprehensive analysis framework of burden and economic risk of chronic disease population was constructed considering the perspectives of population structure characteristics, spatial geographical distribution characteristics, socio-economic characteristics, health related behavior characteristics, health and disease status,and health service utilization characteristics. The constructed framework could provide a systemic analysis method for the overall grasp and accurate outline of the distribution characteristics of high economic burden and risk families, target more accurately the population with chronic diseases iducing high economic risk, and provide references for decision makers to develop targeted intervention strategies and measures.
