摘　　要：为降低酮苯脱蜡装置能耗,对装置进行节能技术改造,调整泛气系统流程,并优化操作工艺参数,降低溶剂含水率。实施后装置产品质量稳定,装置能耗降低1.22 kgEO·t^(-1)。In order to reduce the energy consumption of the keton-benzol dewaxing unit,the technical transformation of energy saving was carried out, and the flow gas system was adjusted. The operating parameters were optimized to reduce the water content of solvent. After above transformation, the product quality of the device was stable, and device energy consumption was reduced 1.22 kg EO·t^(-1).
