石化焊接监理指令类文件辨析

摘　　要：在对石化工程监理指令类文件分档后,对焊接监理指令类文件即监理通知单进行了辨析。从它对工程质量的作用、在工程实践中存在的问题及提升文件水平等3个方面,结合工程实际,进行了讨论。After filing the supervision instruction documents of petro-chemical project, the welding supervision instruction documents(the supervision notices) were distinguished. Combed with the project practices, 3 aspects including its role to the project quality, the problems in the project practices, and the promotion to the documentation quality were discussed.
