摘 要:为深入推进国家应急广播体系建设,中央人民广播电台与宁波广播电视集团联合开展了国家应急广播预警信息发布试验项目。项目在已建成的宁波市应急广播平台基础上,探索建立中央、市、县三级联网联动联播工作机制。系统通过覆盖全市的应急广播网络,验证三级应急广播系统联网联动的多模式联播能力。本文详细介绍了项目的建设思路、系统架构、播发策略及试验应用情况,并对做好全域应急广播工作提出建议。In order to further promote the construction of national emergency broadcasting system, China National Radio and Ningbo Radio and TV Group jointly launched national emergency broadcasting early warning information release test project. Based on built Ningbo Emergency Broadcasting Platform, the project explores the establishment of a three-level networking linkage simulcast working mechanism of national, city and county levels. Through emergency broadcasting network covering the whole city, three-level networking linkage emergency broadcasting system showed multi-mode simulcast ability. This paper introduces construction ideas, system architecture, broadcasting strategy and experimental application of the project in detail. And suggestions about Global Emergency Broadcasting are also given in this paper.
