良性前列腺增生的腔内手术治疗进展研究

摘　　要：良性前列腺增生属于临床泌尿外科常见病,以渐进性排尿困难、夜尿增多等症状较常见,给患者日常生活造成了较大的困扰,故及时施行有效的救治尤为重要。目前手术治疗仍是常用手段,手术方法以腔道手术为主。本文将对常见腔道手术类型及临床应用效果进行分析和综述,以此为临床治疗良性前列腺增生症提供依据。Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is a common disease in clinical urology.Progressivedysuria,nocturnal urination and other symptoms are more common,which cause great trouble to patients'daily life,so timely and effective treatment is particularly important.Atpresent,surgicaltreatment is still a common method,and the main surgical method is cavity surgery.This article will analyze and review the common types of cavity surgery and the effect of clinical application,in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
