摘　　要：目的:研究PDCA循环在缩短化疗患者平均住院日的应用效果。方法:选取2019年11月-2020年2月住院化疗的肿瘤患者,开展PDCA循环管理;统计化疗患者住院相关信息,对造成住院日长的原因进行分析并制定措施,开展相关计划,严格执行,建立健全制度,拟定落实措施,制定考核标准,将督导结果纳入绩效管理等,共同重视平均住院日管理。比较改善前后化疗患者平均住院日及平均费用、科室所有患者的住院日及科室总收入。结果:PDCA开展后,化疗患者平均住院日及化疗平均费用均低于改善前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);科室所有患者的平均住院日低于改善前,科室总收入高于改善前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环能够有效缩短化疗患者平均住院日,降低化疗费用,值得持续改进。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle in shortening the average length of stay of chemotherapy patients.Methods:From November 2019 to February 2020,tumor patients who were hospitalized for chemotherapy were selected,and we carried out PDCA cycle management.We made statistics on the hospitalization related information of chemotherapy patients,analyzed the causes of long hospitalization days,formulated measures,carried out relevant plans,strictly implemented them,established and improved the system,formulated implementation measures,formulated assessment standards,incorporated supervision results into performance management,and attached great importance to the management of average hospitalization days.We compared the average length of stay and cost of chemotherapy patients before and after the improvement,the length of stay of all patients in the department and the total income of the department.Results:After PDCA,the average length of stay and the average cost of chemotherapy were lower than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average length of stay of all patients in the department was lower than that before the improvement,and the total income of the department was higher than that before the improvement,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PDCA cycle can effectively shorten the average length of stay of chemotherapy patients and reduce the cost of chemotherapy,which is worthy of continuous improvement.
