摘　　要：目的:探讨胸痛中心网络医院转诊急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者的救治效果。方法:2017年1月-2018年6月收治STEMI患者40例,作为对照组;按照常规急诊流程进行转诊。2018年7月-2019年12月收治STEMI患者40例,作为观察组;按照胸痛中心网络医院转诊流程进行转诊。比较两组抢救时间、抢救成功率及生命体征指标水平。结果:观察组急诊就诊流程时间、急诊室停留时间、转运时间、D-to-B时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抢救成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后收缩压水平高于对照组,心率水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸痛中心网络医院转诊流程用于STEMI患者的急诊抢救期间,可使患者尽快得到有效救治,提高抢救成功率,使其生命体征尽快恢复。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)with transfer treatment to network hospital of chest pain center.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,40 cases of STEMI patients were enrolled as control group.They were transported according to routine emergency procedures.From July 2018 to December 2019,40 cases of STEMI patients were enrolled as observation group.They were transported according to network hospital of chest pain center procedures.The rescue time,success rate of rescue and vital signs index level of the two groups were compared.Results:The emergency consultation process time,emergency room stay time,transit time and D-to-B time in observation group were shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of rescue of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the heart rate level was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The transfer treatment process of chest pain center network hospital can be used to STEMI patients'emergency rescue period,which can make the patients get effective treatment as soon as possible,improve the success rate of rescue and make their vital signs recover as soon as possible.
