输卵管通液联合输卵管造影诊治不孕症患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨子宫输卵管通液加X线下子宫输卵管造影诊治不孕症的有效率,以便为不孕症的临床诊治提供更好的方案。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年6月本院接诊的168例不孕症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中86例行子宫输卵管通液加X线监测下子宫输卵管造影术(观察组),82例行子宫输卵管通液术(对照组),观察其输卵管堵塞检出率及术后半年内妊娠率。结果:观察组86例患者输卵管堵塞61例(70.93%),其中部分不通55例(90.16%),术后半年内妊娠33例(38.37%)。对照组82例患者输卵管堵塞43例(52.44%),其中部分不通30例(69.77%),术后半年内妊娠19例(23.17%)。在输卵管不通检出率和术后半年内妊娠率比较观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫输卵管通液加X线下子宫输卵管造影检查不仅可精准判断输卵管阻塞部位及程度,而且可疏通输卵管提高妊娠率,是不孕症诊断性治疗的理想方法。Objective:To explore the effective rate of hysterosalpingography combined with hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility in order to provide a better plan for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods:in June 2018 to June 2019 in our hospital infertility accepts the 168 cases of infertility patients randomly divided into observation group and control group,86 of whom underwent uterus oviduct through liquid and X-ray monitor the uterus salpingography(observation group),82 underwent uterus oviduct fluid(control group),observe the tubal blockage detection rate and postoperative pregnancy rate and a half years.Results:In the observation group,61 cases of 86 patients had fallopian tube blockage,the detection rate was 70.93%,among which 55 cases(90.16%)had partial impassability,33 cases(38.37%)had pregnancy within half a year after operation.In the control group,there were 43 cases of 82 patients with blocked fallopian tubes(52.44%),among which 30 cases(69.77%)were partially blocked,and 19 cases(23.17%)were pregnant within half a year after operation.The observation group was significantly better than the control group in the detection rate of fallopian tube failure and pregnancy rate within half a year after operation,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysterosalpingography combined with hysterosalpingography can not only accurately determine the location and degree of fallopian tube obstruction,but also improve the pregnancy rate by dredging the fallopian tube,which is an ideal diagnostic method for infertility treatment.
