炙甘草汤联合盐酸美西律片治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析炙甘草汤联合盐酸美西律片治疗冠心病室性早搏患者的临床疗效。方法:2018年9月-2019年12月收治冠心病室性早搏患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组采用单一盐酸美西律片治疗;研究组采用炙甘草联合盐酸美西律片治疗。比较两组治疗后中医证候改善效果与每周心悸次数。结果:研究组中医证候痊愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组周心悸次数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病室性早搏患者采取炙甘草汤联合盐酸美西律片治疗,能有效改善冠心病室性早搏症状。Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Zhigancao decoction combined with mexiletine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with ventricular premature beats.Methods:From September 2018 to December 2019,84 patients with ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with a single mexiletine hydrochloride tablet.The study group was treated with Zhigancao combined with mexiletine hydrochloride tablet.The improvement effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and the number of palpitations per week were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:The recovery of TCM syndromes in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of palpitations per week in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Zhigancao Decoction combined with mexiletine hydrochloride tablets can effectively improve the symptoms of ventricular premature beats of coronary heart disease.
