摘　　要：目的:分析前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗复杂膀胱结石的效果。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治复杂膀胱结石患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组给予耻骨上膀胱切开取石治疗;观察组采取前列腺电切镜联合钬激光治疗。比较两组出血量、住院时间、冲洗膀胱时间、治疗前后患者生活质量评分、并发症发生率。结果:观察组出血量、住院时间、冲洗膀胱时间均低于对照组,观察组治疗后生活质量评分优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前列腺电切镜联合钬激光对于复杂膀胱结石的治疗效果确切,创伤更轻,且可减少出血,缩短康复时间,提高生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of combined prostate resection microscope and holmium laser in the treatment of complex bladder stones.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,120 patients with complex bladder stones were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given suprapubic bladder incision and stone removal treatment.The observation group was given the prostate resection microscope combined with holmium laser treatment.The blood loss,hospitalization time,bladder flushing time,quality of life scores before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The bleeding volume,hospitalization time,and bladder flushing time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Resection of prostate combined with holmium laser has a definite therapeutic effect on complex bladder stones,with less trauma,reducing bleeding,shortening recovery time,and improving quality of life.
