局部和全身应用激素治疗突发性耳聋的近期疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较采用局部或全身应用激素治疗突发性耳聋的近期疗效。方法:2018年5月-2020年7月收治突发性耳聋患者106例,依据激素应用方案分为两组,各53例。观察组采用局部激素治疗;对照组则应用全身激素治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应率低于对照组,听阈值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用局部应用激素治疗突发性耳聋较全身应用激素治疗,可更好地提升近期疗效,并降低疾病复发率和不良反应率。Objective:To compare the short-term efficacy of local or systemic hormone in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods:From May 2018 to July 2020,106 patients with sudden deafness were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the hormone regimen with 53 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with local hormone.The control group was treated with systemic hormone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the hearing threshold was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Local application of hormone in the treatment of sudden deafness can better improve the short-term effect and reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate than systemic application of hormone in the treatment of sudden deafness.
