摘  要:目的:探讨围产期对孕产妇开展营养健康教育对减少妊娠期合并症的意义。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月围产期孕产妇60例,随机分为两组,各30例。参照组接受常规保健干预;试验组接受围产期营养健康教育。比较两组妊娠期合并症发生率、营养状况和护理满意度。结果:试验组妊娠期合并症发生率显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组维生素A、蛋白质、钙、铁等指标水平均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加强围产期营养健康教育,能够帮助孕产妇更加合理地摄入营养物质和微量元素,并减少妊娠期合并症的出现,有助于提高护理满意度。Objective:To explore the significance of carrying out nutrition and health education for pregnant women in perinatal period to reduce pregnancy complications.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,60 cases of perinatal pregnant women were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine health care intervention.The experimental group received perinatal nutrition and health education.We compared the incidence of pregnancy complications,nutritional status and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the incidence of pregnancy complications was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the levels of vitamin A,protein,calcium and iron were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening perinatal nutrition and health education can help pregnant women more reasonable intake of nutrients and trace elements,and reduce the occurrence of pregnancy complications,help to improve nursing satisfaction.
