摘 要:目的分析在血液检验样本分析前管理中优化标准作业程序的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1—12月和2020年1—7月检验样本情况,2020年对标准作业程序进行了优化改进,对照分析不合格标本情况。结果2020年1—7月共计149120个标本,不合格标本共计100个,其中溶血2个、乳糜94个、核酸未离心4个,无血细胞比容异常以及容量不足;2019年1—12月共计315392个标本,不合格标本共计119个,其中溶血4个、乳糜88个、核酸未离心16个、血细胞比容异常8个、容量不足3个;2020年不合格标本乳糜占比最高,核酸未离心和溶血次之。2020年因血细胞比容异常以及容量不足导致标本不合格情况与2019年相比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.783、1.418,P=0.052、0.234)。结论在血液检验样本分析前管理中,标准作业程序的应用可以使不合格标本数量减少,对标本质量控制有积极作用。Objective To analyze the effect of optimizing standard operating procedures in the management of blood test samples before analysis.Methods Retrospective analysis of the inspection samples from January to December 2019 and January to July 2020.In 2020,the standard operating procedures were optimized and improved,and the situation of unqualified specimens was compared and analyzed.Results A total of 149120 specimens from January to July 2020,a total of 100 unqualified specimens,including 2 hemolyzed,94 chylo,4 uncentrifuged nucleic acids,no hematocrit abnormalities and insufficient capacity;from January yo December 2019,a total of 315392 specimens,a total of 119 unqualified specimens,of which 4 were hemolyzed,88 were chylo,16 were nucleic acid not centrifuged,8 were hematocrit abnormal,and 3 were less than capacity;in 2020,the proportion of unqualified specimens was the highest in chylo,nucleic acid without centrifugation and hemolysis followed.There was no statistically significant difference in the unqualified specimens due to abnormal hematocrit and insufficient volume in 2020 compared with 2019(χ^(2)=3.783,1.418,P=0.052,0.234).Conclusion In the pre-analysis management of blood test samples,the application of standard operating procedures can reduce the number of unqualified specimens and have a positive effect on the quality control of specimens.
