摘　　要：医院医疗档案管理工作在大数据时代呈现出新的特点和需求。为了科学高效地开展医疗档案管理工作,提高医院的医疗、管理水平的改革和创新,该文针对当前医院医疗档案管理工作的特点和问题进行了深入分析,讨论了大数据时代医疗档案管理的新模式,并以山东省某三甲医院的信息化医疗档案管理新模式实践为例,研究了信息化管理模式对医疗档案工作效率和质量的影响,并对未来大数据医疗档案工作进行展望,旨在更好地建设大数据时代医疗档案信息化体系。The management of hospital medical records presents new characteristics and demands in the era of big data.In order to carry out medical file management scientifically and efficiently,and improve the reform and innovation of the hospital's medical and management level,the characteristics and problems of current hospital medical file management in the article are analyzed in depth,and the new model of medical file management in the era of big data is discussed.And taking the practice of a new model of informatization medical archives management in a tertiary hospital in Shandong Province as an example,the influence of the informatization management model on the efficiency and quality of medical archives is studied,and the future big data medical archives work is expected to be better,to build a medical file information system in the era of big data.
