摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市无偿献血人群HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ感染情况,以及反应性、阴性标本按一定间隔时间检测情况。方法随机抽取2018年9—12月10120人份无偿献血样本,采用ELISA法进行抗-HTLV-Ⅰ/Ⅱ的试验,双孔复检为反应性的标本送临检中心进行确证实验。反应性血浆-20℃冰冻后每间隔7 d进行检测查看反应情况。结果10120份标本中检测出9份初筛反应性标本,其中1份不确定性。结论目前潍坊市无偿献血者人群HTLV感染率处于较低水平。Objective To understand the HTLV-I/II infection in the unpaid blood donation population in Weifang City,as well as the detection of reactive and negative specimens at certain intervals.Methods A random sample of 10120 blood donated blood samples from September to December 2018 was selected for anti-HTLV-I/II test using ELISA method,and the reactive specimens were sent to the clinical testing center for confirmation test by double-hole retest.Reactive plasma will be tested every 7 d after freezing at-20°C to check the reaction.Results 9 preliminary screening reactive specimens were detected out of 10120 specimens,of which 1 was uncertain.Conclusion At present,the infection rate of HTLV among unpaid blood donors in Weifang City is at a relatively low level.
