以上海为例的民机制造业与民航运输业“双业融合”机制研究

摘　　要：以浦东和虹桥机场为枢纽的上海民航运输业已相对成熟,并保持快速发展。但受限于国际激烈竞争环境及核心技术垄断,中国在国产飞机研制的关键技术自主可控和运输业产业转型升级面临新的挑战。上海市兼具中国民机主制造商为龙头牵引的制造业及“一市两场”机场枢纽集聚的民航运输业两大产业,新的发展阶段下整合产业链、融合竞争优势成为上海建设更高水平的民航产业的重要机遇。本文提出了民机制造业与民航运输业“双业融合”机制,通过产业链理论分析制造业与运输业产业链结构,基于波特竞争力模型分析上海市两大产业竞争优势,在产业链维度和产业竞争优势维度提出了“双业融合”发展模式,为上海市推动两大产业融合发展,建设产业结构完整、竞争优势突出的民航产业提供理论支撑。Taking advantage of the Pudong and Hongqiao airport hubs,the civil aviation transportation industry in Shanghai is in relatively mature stage and keeps developing rapidly.However,due to fierce international competition and the monopoly of core technologies,China faces new challenges in key technologies of civil aircraft manufacturing and industrial upgrading of civil aviation transportation.Shanghai not only has civil aviation manufacturing industry led by the OEM,but also has civil aviation transportation industry supported by two airport hubs.Under new environment,integrating industrial chains and competitive advantages has become an important opportunity to construct a higher-level civil aviation industry.This paper proposes a“dual industry integration”mechanism of civil aircraft manufacturing Industry and civil aviation transportation industry.By analyzing industrial chains and competitive advantages of Shanghai’s two major industries based on the industrial chain theory and the Porter’s competitiveness model,the“dual industry integration”development model in perspectives of industrial chain and competitive advantage is proposed,which provides theoretical support for Shanghai to propel industrial integration and construct a civil aviation industry with complete industrial structure and outstanding competitive advantages.
