摘 要:蛋白质非酶糖基化是蛋白质等大分子中的游离氨基与还原糖经过一系列的反应形成稳定的非酶糖基化终末产物(AGEs)的过程。过多的AGEs积累会改变蛋白质生理功能和理化性质,诱导促炎介质的表达,并进行氧化应激反应,造成细胞损伤,进一步导致糖尿病及其并发症的发生。阻断AGEs的形成可改善和预防糖尿病慢性并发症,这也为临床治疗糖尿病并发症提供了新的方向。本文主要就AGEs的特点、AGEs与糖尿病并发症以及抑制AGEs对糖尿病并发症的作用进行综述,以期为临床治疗糖尿病并发症提供参考依据。Protein non-enzymatic glycosylation is a process in which free amino groups in protein and other macromolecules and reducing sugars undergo a series of reactions to form stable non-enzymatic glycosylation end products(AGEs).Excessive accumulation of AGEs will change the physiological functions and physical and chemical properties of proteins,induce the expression of pro-inflammatory mediators,and carry out oxidative stress response,causing cell damage,and further leading to the occurrence of diabetes and its complications.Blocking the formation of AGEs can improve and prevent chronic complications of diabetes,which also provides a new direction for clinical treatment of diabetes complications.This article mainly reviews the characteristics of AGEs,AGEs and diabetic complications,and the effect of inhibiting AGEs on diabetic complications,in order to provide a reference for clinical treatment of diabetic complications.
