承德市双桥区家庭医生签约服务现状及居民满意度调查

摘　　要：目的探讨承德市双桥区家庭医生签约服务现状及签约居民满意度及其影响因素,为促进家庭医生签约服务发展提供参考依据。方法采取随机抽样法于2020年8月~9月承德市双桥区5家基层医疗卫生机构抽取社区就诊居民进行现场问卷调查,调查家庭医生签约服务现状及签约居民满意度及其影响因素。结果共发放问卷1200份,回收有效问卷1196份,有效回收率99.67%,签约居民936例,签约率78.26%;非常满意351名(37.50%),满意343名(36.65%),一般满意242名(25.85%),无不满意及非常不满意;不同年龄、文化程度、医保类型、是否患有慢病、服务态度、医疗设备、药品种类、诊疗费用、慢病管理、健康教育、预约转诊居民总体满意度不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、是否患有慢病以及签约机构的服务态度是签约居民总体满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论承德市双桥区家庭医生签约率仍有待提高,签约居民对家庭医生签约服务的总体满意度较高,但部分条目满意度仍有待加强。Objective To explore the current status of contracted services of family doctors in Shuangqiao District,Chengde City,and the satisfaction of contracted residents and its influencing factors,so as to provide a reference for promoting the development of contracted services of family doctors.Methods From August to September 2020,5 primary medical and health institutions in Shuangqiao District,Chengde City were selected by random sampling method to select community residents to conduct on-site questionnaire surveys to investigate the current status of family doctors'contracted services and the satisfaction of contracted residents and their influencing factors.Results A total of 1,200 questionnaires were issued,and 1196 valid questionnaires were returned.The effective response rate was 99.67%.There were 936 contracted residents,and the contract rate was 78.26%;351 were very satisfied(37.50%),343 were satisfied(36.65%),242 were generally satisfied(25.85%),none were dissatisfied or very dissatisfied;The overall satisfaction of residents with different ages,education levels,medical insurance types,chronic diseases,service attitudes,medical equipment,drug types,diagnosis and treatment costs,chronic disease management,health education,and appointment referrals were different,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of multi-factor analysis showed that age,education level,chronic disease and service attitude of contracted institutions were the influencing factors of overall satisfaction of contracted residents(P<0.05).Conclusion The contracting rate of family doctors in Shuangqiao District of Chengde City still needs to be improved.The overall satisfaction of the contracted residents with the contracted services of family doctors is relatively high,but the satisfaction of some items still needs to be strengthened.
