复方血栓通联合通络糖泰方治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效  

Therapeutic Effect of Compound Xueshuantong Combined with Tongluotangtai Prescription on Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

摘　　要：目的探讨复方血栓通联合通络糖泰方治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法选取2019年7月~2020年6月东莞市道滘医院收治的DPN患者86例,按时间顺序以1:1比例分为研究组和对照组,各43例,两组均接受常规治疗,对照组加用复方血栓通,研究组在对照组基础上予以通络糖泰方治疗,比较两组患者神经传导速度、中医证候积分、血清细胞因子水平。结果治疗后两组正中神经、腓总神经MCV、SCV均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清DBNF水平高于治疗前,MBP、Hcy、Cys-C水平低于治疗前,且研究组DBNF水平高于对照组,MBP、Hcy、Cys-C水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通联合通络糖泰方治疗可加快DPN患者的神经传导速度,改善神经结构及传导功能,减轻中医证候,升高血清DBNF浓度,降低血清中MBP、Hcy、Cys-C表达水平。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound Xueshuantong combined with Tongluotangtai prescription in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods A total of 86 DPN patients admitted to Dongguan Daojiao Hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected.In chronological order,they were divided into the study group and the control group at a ratio of 1:1,each with 43 cases.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group was treated with Compound Xueshuantong,and the study group was treated with Tongluotangtai prescription on the basis of the control group.The nerve conduction velocity,TCM syndrome integral,and serum cytokine levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the MCV and SCV of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum DBNF levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of MBP,Hcy,and Cys-C were lower than before treatment.The DBNF levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of MBP,Hcy,and Cys-C were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong combined with Tongluotangtai prescription can speed up nerve conduction velocity,improve nerve structure and conduction function,reduce TCM syndromes,increase serum DBNF concentration,and reduce serum MBP,Hcy,and Cys-C expression levels in patients with DPN.
