摘  要:不锈钢粉尘还原过程中FeCr_(2)O_(4)分解对Cr的分离回收影响显著。对气体和固体碳还原FeCr_(2)O_(4)的热力学过程和分解特征进行研究,探讨Cr在还原过程中存在形式和还原分离条件。结果表明,CO气体和H_(2)在标准状态下不能还原FeCr_(2)O_(4),固体碳能将FeCr_(2)O_(4)还原为铬氧化物和铁氧化物,甚至还原成金属Cr和Fe。提高温度和降低体系总压可促进反应进行。温度1 000~1 200℃,配碳量为β=0.25~0.5时,还原产物主要为Cr_(2)O_(3)+Fe;温度>1 250℃,配碳量β>1.0时,还原产物主要为Cr+Fe;900℃时体系总压在0.01~0.001MPa还原产物主要为Cr_(2)O_(3)+Fe,低于0.5kPa时还原产物主要为Cr+Fe。Decomposition behavior of FeCr_(2)O_(4) during reduction of stainless steel dust has a significant impact on separation and recovery efficiency of Cr resources.Thermodynamic process and decomposition characteristics of reduction decomposition of FeCr_(2)O_(4) with gas and solid carbon were studied.Existence form of Cr element and reductive separation conditions during reduction were discussed.The results show that CO gas and H_(2) gas cannot reduce FeCr_(2)O_(4) at standard conditions.Solid carbon can reduce FeCr_(2)O_(4) to chromium oxide and iron oxide,and even reduce it to metallic Cr and metallic Fe,and both of rising of temperature and dropping of total pressure can promote reduction.With temperature of 1 000—1 200℃and carbon content of β=0.25—0.5,reduction products exist in form of Cr_(2)O_(3)+Fe;when reduction temperature is>1 250℃and carbon content isβ>1.0,reduction products exist in form of Cr+Fe;When system total pressure Pis in the range of 0.01—0.001MPa at 900℃,the products exist in form of Cr_(2)O_(3)+Fe,and exist in form of Cr+Fe when it is lower than 0.5kPa.
