摘  要:老井侧钻是渤海油田治理低产低效井和挖潜剩余油的重要手段之一,但海上油田侧钻井常规井身结构因Φ177.8 mm生产套管内径太小达不到油藏分层开采的目的。分析了渤海油田井身结构的现状,对侧钻后的井眼尺寸和套管尺寸进行优化,通过改进老井侧钻作业时常用井身结构,在海上油田首次创新应用了Φ193.7 mm非标准套管程序和配套的关键工具和工艺技术,现场试验取得了成功。为海上油田复杂油藏精细高效开发奠定了重要的基础,具有广阔应用前景。Sidetracking of old wells is one of the important means to control low yield and low efficiency wells and tap the potential of re⁃maining oil in Bohai oilfield.The conventional offshore sidetracking scheme is to open a window in theΦ244.5 mm casing and run theΦ177.8 mm liner into theΦ215.9 mm hole formed by sidetracking.However,theΦ177.8 mm casing completion can not meet the re⁃quirements of layering production with large displacement of electric pump due to small inner diameter of borehole.Therefore,the influ⁃ence of the conventional casing size on the completion operation in Bohai oilfield is analyzed and a unconventional wellbore structure is designed.After sidetracking inΦ244.5 mm casing,Φ193.7 mm casing is run into by enlarging borehole,the key tools and technology for matching withΦ193.7 mm casing completion are developed.The successful field test of the unconventional wellbore structure has been achieved.The research results of this paper have laid an important foundation for the promotion and application of unconventional casing program and the fine and efficient development of complex reservoirs in offshore oilfield.
