手法催乳配合穴位按摩对促进产后乳汁分泌的效果分析

摘　　要：目的对产后乳汁分泌成效受手法催乳加穴位按摩的影响开展深入分析.方法选取本中心自愿参加该项目的孕妇60例,同时采用随机的方式将其划分成观察组与对照组.其中,乳房护理是对照组产妇主要采用的护理方式,而手法催乳加穴位按摩与常规护理有机结合的方法则是观察组产妇主要采用的护理方法,之后对两组产妇的乳汁分泌成果展开评价.结果相比于对照组分泌乳量所得的分数,观察组所得的分数较高,差异有统计学价值(P<0.05);乳房胀痛评分(1.39±0.72)低于对照组的(2.83±0.17),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇产后泌乳时间及母乳充盈时间分别为(47.12±2.34)min及(2.48±0.23)min,明显低于对照组的(68.33±3.25)min、(5.81±0.52)min,两组比较,差异有统计学价值(P<0.05);相比于对照组出现乳头皲裂及乳腺炎的26.67%、20%,观察组出现两种情况的概率较低,差异有统计学价值(P<0.05).结论手法催乳配合学位按摩的护理方法,不仅可以增加产妇乳汁的分泌量,缓解乳房胀痛的情况,还能节省产妇启动泌乳的时间以及母乳充盈的时间,对降低乳头皲裂和乳腺炎发生率、对产后乳汁分泌效果有积极作用.Objective To explore the effect of manual stimulation and acupoint massage on the secretion of postpartum milk.Methods 60 pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Among them,breast nursing is the main nursing method used in the control group,and the method of combining manual nursing with acupoint massage and routine nursing is the main nursing method used in the observation group,then the results of milk secretion were evaluated in two groups.Results Compared with the scores of the control group,the scores of the observation group were higher(P<0.05),and the scores of breast distension and pain were(1.39±0.72),lower than those of the control group(2.83±0.17)(P<0.05),the time of lactation start and milk filling were(47.12±2.34)min and(2.48±0.23)min,respectively,compared with the Control Group(68.33±3.25)min and(5.81±0.52)min(P<0.05),in the two groups,which had statistical value,the probability of chapping was 26.67%,and mastitis probability of 20%,the observation group of Iwo cases of lower probability,the two groups of(P<0.05),with statistical value.Conclusion The nursing method of manual lactation combined with degree massage can increase the quantity of the mother's Milk Secretion,alleviate the breast distension and pain,and also save the time of the mother to start lactation and the time of the breast milk filling,it can reduce the incidence of chapping and mastitis,and has a positive effect on the secretion of postpartum milk.
