激光选区烧结覆膜砂后处理工艺的研究

摘　　要：激光选区快速成型机直接烧结覆膜砂抗拉试样,测试试样在不同后处理保温温度下抗拉强度,利用扫描电镜观察了试样的表面和断口形貌。结果表明,最佳的后处理为保温温度240℃,保温时间15 min。The tensile strength of coated sand samples was tested at different post-treatment temperatures.The surface and fracture morphology of the samples were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the optimal post-treatment temperature is 240℃for 15 minutes.
