摘  要:针对新能源汽车涡旋式空调压缩机用多阶梯变壁厚铝合金端盖挤压成形易出现折叠和开裂等成形缺陷的问题,进行了该件背压挤压成形有限元数值模拟,研究了不同形状坯料背压挤压成形过程中的金属流动情况及变形均匀性与缺陷形成的相互关系。结果表明,饼形坯料成形过程中不变形区造成金属不均匀流动,成形后金属变形均匀系数最大,即变形最不均匀,存在折叠、凹槽和开裂等缺陷;T形坯料在侧壁变薄成形阶段,金属流动不均匀,成形后侧壁易开裂;草帽形坯料成形过程中金属流动均匀,成形后金属变形均匀系数最低,即变形最均匀,无折叠、开裂及裂纹等成形缺陷。Aiming at the problem that the forming defects such as the folding and cracking are easy to appear in extrusion forming of aluminum alloy end cover with multi-step and variable wall thickness for scroll air conditioning compressor of new energy vehicle,the finite element numerical simulation of the back-pressure extrusion forming of the part was carried out. The metal flow and the relationship between deformation uniformity and defect formation in the back-pressure extrusion process of blank with different shapes were studied. The results show that the non-deformable zone in pie-shaped blank causes uneven metal flow in the forming process,and the metal deformation uniformity coefficient is the largest after forming,that is,the deformation is the most uneven,and there are defects such as folding,groove and cracking.In the thinning forming stage of side wall of T-shaped blank,the metal flow is not uniform,and the side wall is easy to crack after forming. In the forming process of straw hat-shaped blank,the metal flow is uniform,and the metal deformation uniformity coefficient is the lowest after forming,that is,the deformation is the most uniform,and there are no forming defects such as folding,cracking and cracks.
