摘  要:针对体积大、形状复杂、相邻凸起形状高低变化频繁、零件两端有起伏翻边形状的后地板无法通过旋转零件的角度给出回弹角的问题,对后地板的成形工艺性进行了分析,研究了零件特性,通过冲压工艺的制定和模具结构设计解决了仿真中出现的回弹问题。采用垂直翻边和斜楔整形整合实施的工艺方案,很好地解决了两端同时翻边零件不能通过旋转零件的角度解决翻边回弹的问题。针对零件回弹问题进行了模具结构分析,优化了模具的结构,减少了模具工序数,减少了现场模具维护成本。实际使用效果良好,保证了产品质量,降低了生产成本。In view of the problem that springback angle can not be given by the angle of rotating parts in the rear floor with large volume,complex shape,frequent changes in the height of adjacent bulges and the undulating flanging shape at both ends,the forming process of the rear floor was analyzed,and the characteristics of parts were studied.The springback problem in simulation was solved through the formulation of stamping process and the structure design of die.The technology scheme of vertical flanging and wedge shaping was adopted to solve the problem that flanging springback can not be solved by rotating the angle of parts with both ends flanging at the same time.Aiming at the springback problem of parts,the structure analysis of die was carried out,the structure of die was optimized,and the maintenance cost of die on site was reduced.The practical use seffect is good,the product quality is guaranteed and the production cost is reduced.
