摘  要:采用不同角度的铆模对直径为Φ6 mm的7050铆钉进行试验,研究铆模角度对镦头微观组织及绝热剪切带的影响规律。结果表明,铆模角度会影响铆钉镦头各区域的变形,镦头内出现明显的剪切带,剪切带处的变形最为剧烈,远离剪切带晶粒的变形剧烈程度降低。与平头铆模相比,带角度铆模可以减弱镦头内的局域化变形,使得剪切带宽度从120μm左右降至100μm以下。铆模角度越小,镦头材料的轴向和径向流动不均匀性越小。放电电压为380 V时,30°镦头效果最优,剪切带最不明显。放电电压越大,剪切带左、右侧宽度越接近,两条剪切带宽度越小,带内变形越严重。The 7050 rivets with diameter ofΦ6 mm were tested using riveting dies with different angles to study the influence law of riveting die angle on microstructure and adiabatic shear band of heading.The results show that the riveting die angle can affect the deformation of each area of rivet heading,and there are clear shear bands in the heading.The deformation at the shear band is the most intense,and the deformation degree of grain away from the shear band decreases.Compared with the riveting die with flat head,the riveting die with angle can weaken the localized deformation in the heading,and the width of shear band is reduced from about 120μm to less than 100μm.The smaller the riveting die angle is,the smaller the unevenness of axial and radial flow of heading material is.When the discharge voltage is380 V,the effect of 30°heading is the best,and the shear band is the least obvious.The larger the discharge voltage is,the closer the left and right widths of shear band are,the smaller the widths of the two shear bands are,and the more serious the deformation in the band is.
