摘 要:为了分析脉冲电流处理对MS1300马氏体钢微观组织和宏观力学性能的影响规律,开展了100 s持续脉冲电流处理、等温加热炉处理和短时高密度脉冲电流冲击试验。当有效电流密度不超过5.68 A·mm^(-2)时,脉冲电流处理后几乎不对材料性能和微观组织产生影响。当电流密度为9.15 A·mm^(-2),温度达到427℃时,发生回火脆性,伸长率和抗拉强度与原始试样相比分别降低33.7%和13.4%。而当电流密度为12.07 A·mm^(-2)时,MS1300钢组织中的马氏体相彻底分解并发生再结晶。采用较高电流密度时,脉冲电流处理对马氏体组织转变的作用效果比等温加热炉处理显著,引起的组织转变速度更快。控温下的短时高密度脉冲电流冲击对MS1300钢的性能基本不造成影响,脉冲电流的焦耳热效应占主导地位,非热效应在达到临界温度的前提下才能影响MS1300钢组织性能的变化。To analyze the influence of pulse current treatment on the microstructure and macro-mechanical properties of MS1300 martensite steel,continuous pulse current treatment with a duration of 100 s,isothermal furnace treatment and high-density pulse current impulse tests with short time were performed.When the effective current density does not exceed 5.68 A·mm^(-2),the pulse current treatment hardly affects the properties and microstructure of material.When the temperature reaches to 427℃at the current density of 9.15 A·mm^(-2),the temper embrittlement occurs,and the elongation and ultimate tensile strength are decreased by 33.7%and 13.4%respectively compared with that of as-received specimens.When the current density is 12.07 A·mm^(-2),the martensitic phase in the microstructure of MS1300 steel completely decomposes and the recrystallization appears.When a higher current density is applied,the effect of pulse current treatment on martensitic transformation is more prominent than that of isothermal furnace treatment,and the induced transformation rate is higher.The high-density pulse current impulse treatment with short time by controlling temperature plays a negligible role in properties of MS1300 steel.The Joule heating effect from pulse current dominates,and non-thermal effect influences the variations of microstructure and properties of MS1300 steel under the premise of reaching a critical temperature.
