摘　　要：文章对目前教学中机械制图测绘和工程实际脱节的原因进行了分析,针对复杂的教学零件测绘缺点,提出了融合计算机辅助测量(CAI)技术,该技术是一项比较先进的测量技术。详述了结合CAI技术以手持式三维激光扫描仪为例的现代测绘过程。用一种新的绘制模式和方法代替传统的测量方法,提高了测量的准确性和有效性,解决了不规则曲面复杂的测量方法。This paper analyzes the reasons for the disconnection between the current teaching machinery drawing and mapping and engineering practice,and puts forward the integration of computer aided inspection(CAI)technology,which is an advanced measurement technology,aiming at the shortcomings of complex teaching parts mapping.The modern surveying and mapping process combining CAI technology with handheld 3D laser scanner is described in detail.A new drawing mode and method is used to replace the traditional measurement method,which improves the accuracy and effectiveness of measurement and solves the complex measurement method of irregular surface.
