芪景防感合剂在新冠肺炎流行期间对医务人员保护作用的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:观察芪景防感合剂在新冠肺炎流行期间对医务人员的预防保护作用。方法:给予参试人员口服芪景防感合剂6天,并在服药第0天、第7天、第28天分别记录参试人员体温、咳嗽、倦怠乏力、鼻塞、流涕、四肢酸痛以及咽喉不适等症状的程度以及对感冒的易感性等,并进行前后对比分析。结果:除体温外,相较于第0天,第7天、第28天所有症状均有明显改善(P<0.01),且对感冒的易感性也明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:芪景防感合剂在新冠肺炎流行期间对医务人员具有预防和保护的作用。Objective:To observe the prevention and protection effect of Qijing Fanggan Mixture for medical personnel during the COVID-19 epidemic period.Methods:Given the subjects Qijing Fanggan Mixture for 6 days,recorded the symptoms of body temperature,cough,fatigue,nasal obstruction,runny nose,limb pain,throat discomfort and susceptibility to cold on the day 0,7 and 28,and made comparative analysis during day 0,7 and 28.Results:Except body temperature,compared with day 0,all symptoms were significantly improved on day 7 and day 28(P<0.01),and the susceptibility to cold was also significantly reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion:Qijing Fanggan Mixture has preventive and protective effect on medical personnel.
