《温病条辨》对开玄府治法的应用与发挥

摘　　要：以开玄府为治疗思路,从玄府闭塞导致温病发生发展的角度出发,对《温病条辨》进行梳理研究,分别从发汗开玄,和谐营卫;通下开玄,畅达气液;和解开玄,宣通气机;通窍开玄,转运神机,探讨开玄府治法在《温病条辨》中的应用。在温病的诊治中有多种由玄府闭塞而引发的病证,通过对玄府学说进一步研究,根据开玄府提出的相应治疗策略,将为温病的临床证治提供新的思路和方法。Based on the treatment of "unblocking Xuanfu",this paper combs and studies the Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Disease from the point of view of the occurrence of pathological changes caused by the occlusion of "Xuanfu" in the development of warm disease.This paper probes into the application of the treatment method of "unblocking Xuanfu" in the Detailed Analysis of Epidemic Warm Disease, from the aspects of sweating and unblocking Xuanfu, harmonizing nutrient Qi and defensive Qi;purgation and unblocking Xuanfu, regulating Qi and fluid;harmonizing and unblocking Xuanfu, regulating Qi activity, inducing resuscitation and unblocking Xuanfu;transport spiritual mechanism.In the diagnosis and treatment of warm disease, there are many kinds of diseases caused by Xuanfu occlusion.Through the further study of Xuanfu theory, according to the corresponding treatment strategy put forward by "unblocking Xuanfu",it will provide new ideas and methods for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of warm disease.
