《理瀹骈文》中吴师机外治法与内治法之间的关系探究

摘　　要：吴师机是清代著名外治医学大师,《理瀹骈文》是其结合前人治病理论和自身临床实践创作而成的一部外治专著,该书理法方药齐备,是中医外治法完善的标志,对后世医学影响深远;内治法传承千年,经过了历代医家的不断完善,是中医治病的主流方式,两者相辅相成、辨证统一,共同构成了一个完整的中医学治疗体系。本研究将结合书中相关内容,从理论渊源、辨证原则、治疗方法、起效途径、组方用药特点等角度,探讨内治法与外治法之间的联系与区别,以期为临床复杂病症的治疗提供新的思路。Liyue Pianwen was a treatise on external therapy by WU Shiji,a famous master of external therapy in Qing Dynasty,which combined the theory of treating diseases of predecessors and his own clinical practice.The book was the symbol of the perfection of the external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,in which theory,method,fomula and herbs were available,and had a profound influence on the later generations of medicine.Internal therapy has been passed on for thousands of years,and has been continuously improved by doctors of all ages.Both of them have been dialectically united and complement each other,forming a complete treatment system of traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the relevant contents in the book,the research will discuss the relation and difference between internal and external therapy from the perspectives of theoretical origin,principle of syndrome differentiation,treatment methods,effective approaches and characteristics of prescription and medication,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
