摘　　要：目的:观察四川何氏骨科流派强腰壮骨贴膏治疗原发性膝骨关节炎患者疗效观察及对血清TNF-α、MMP-3影响。方法:研究共计纳入200例原发性膝骨关节炎患者,均由我院2018年10月~2020年4月收治,采取随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照的方法将患者分为两组,各100例,对照组患者采取安慰剂治疗,观察组患者采取四川何氏骨科流派强腰壮骨贴膏治疗,治疗过程中对照组脱落1例,观察组脱落2例,比较两组患者治疗2周、治疗4周后临床疗效;治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后两组患者Lequesne指数评分、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平及基质金属蛋白酶~3(MMP-3)含量;治疗过程中两组患者不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者治疗2周后与治疗4周后疗效均高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前,两组患者Lequesne指数评分、TNF-α及MMP-3水平比较,P>0.05,治疗2周及4周后观察组患者Lequesne指数评分均低于对照组,TNF-α水平及MMP-3水平亦低于对照组,P<0.05;治疗过程中,观察组患者出现6例不良反应,对照组出现3例,两组不良反应率比较,P>0.05。结论:四川何氏骨科流派强腰壮骨贴膏治疗原发性膝骨关节炎患者疗效显著,且可较好降低患者血清TNF-α、MMP-3水平,改善患者症状,提升患者关节功能,无不良反应,安全性高。Objective: To investigate the effect of using Sichuan HE-style orthopedic school Qiangyao Zhuanggu Plaster in the treatment of patients with primary knee osteoarthritis and its effect on serum TNF-αand MMP-3.Methods: Examined in the study of 200 patients with primary knee osteoarthritis, all by our hospital from October 2018 to April 2020 were analyzed, the patients were randomly, double-blinded and placebo-controlled.There were 100 patients in each group, the controlled group patients taking a placebo treatment, the observation group of patients treated with Sichuan HE-style orthopedic school Qiangyao Zhuanggu Plaster, the treatment process of the controlled group fall off in 1 case, the observation group fall off in 2 cases, compared two groups of patients 2 weeks, 4 weeks after treatment the clinical curative effect, Lequesne index score, serum tumor necrosis factor-lep, and matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3) content in the two groups before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment.The adverse reactions of the patients in the two groups during the treatment.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment, the Lequesne index score, TNF-α and MMP-3 levels of the two groups were compared, and the Lequesne index score of the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group, and the TNF-α and MMP-3 levels were lower than that of the controlled group, P<0.05.During the treatment, 6 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the observation group and 3 cases in the controlled group.The adverse reaction rate of the two groups was compared(P> 0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of patients with primary knee osteoarthritis with Sichuan HE-style orthopedic school of Qiangyao Zhuanggu Plaster has a significant effect, and can effectively reduce the serum TNF-αand MMP-3 levels of the patients, improve the symptoms of the patients, improve the joint function of t
