小儿久咳方加味治疗痰湿恋肺型儿童慢性咳嗽临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察小儿久咳方加味治疗痰湿恋肺型儿童慢性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:随机将我院诊治100例痰湿恋肺型慢性咳嗽患儿分为A组和B组,每组各50例。A组为小儿久咳方加味组(治疗组),B组为小儿消积止咳口服液组(对照组),连续治疗2周。观察两组患儿治疗前后临床疗效,咳嗽症状积分和中医症候评分情况,记录患儿不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为94.00%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患儿咳嗽症状积分和中医症候评分均显著下降(P<0.05),治疗组患儿咳嗽症状积分和中医症候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗过程中,两组均无严重不良反应发生,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿久咳方加味治疗痰湿恋肺型儿童慢性咳嗽疗效显著,可有效改善患儿咳嗽症状,降低患儿中医症候评分,安全可靠,值得临床应用。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Xiaoer Jiuke Recipe on chronic cough for children with phlegm and dampness.Methods: Randomly divide 100 cases of children with chronic phlegm and lung type cough diagnosed and treated in our hospital into a group A and a group B,50 cases in each group.The group A was given Modified Xiaoer Jiuke Recipe(the treatment group),and the group B was given Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid group(the controlled group),and the treatment was continued for 2 weeks.Observed the clinical efficacy, cough symptom score and TCM symptom score of the two groups of children before and after treatment, and recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions in the children.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.00%,and the total effective rate of the controlled group was 80.00%.The treatment group was significantly higher than the controlled group(P<0.05).Both the score and the TCM symptom score decreased significantly(P<0.05).The cough symptom score and TCM symptom score of the children in the treatment group were significantly lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).During the treatment, no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups, the difference was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: Modified Xiaoer Jiuke Recipe is effective in treating chronic cough in children with phlegm-dampness and lung type.It can effectively improve children’s cough symptoms and reduce children’s TCM symptom scores.It is safe and reliable and is worthy of clinical application.
