摘　　要：介绍了氯碱及聚氯乙烯生产中废水的综合利用,对前期水资源利用的状况进行优化改造,对改造中存在的问题进行了深入的探讨和思考,并提出解决方案。通过改造使水资源实现最大化的应用。This paper introduces the comprehensive utilization of wastewater from chlor alkali and PVC production,optimizes the utilization of water resources in the early stage,discusses and considers the problems existing in the transformation of water resources in the early stage,and puts forward solutions.Water resources can be maximized through transformation.
