数字金融对商贸流通产业“进入标准”是否有强效应?

摘　　要：数字金融发展带动了中小流通企业的发展,但也加剧了商贸流通业的竞争,对产业整体进入标准的影响尚不明确。为了验证数字金融与商贸流通产业进入标准的关联性,采用2007至2018年流通企业的相关数据,并利用价格扭曲率度量法构建了商贸流通产业进入标准的量化指标,采用状态空间模型分析了数字金融与商贸流通产业的关联特征。研究表明,数字金融发展极大地降低了商贸流通产业的进入标准;政策变动对商贸流通产业进入标准具有显著影响,而市场变动对商贸流通产业进入标准没有显著影响。数字金融的发展有效激发了商贸流通产业的竞争活力,对中小流通企业发展具备普惠作用。The development of digital finance has promoted the development of small and medium-sized circulation companies,but it has also intensified competition in the commercial circulation industry.The impact on the overall industrial threshold is still unclear.In order to verify the relevance of digital finance and the threshold of the commercial circulation industry,this paper uses data of circulation companies from 2007 to 2018,and uses the price distortion rate measurement method to construct the quantitative indicators of the threshold of the commercial circulation industry.The state-space model is used to analyze related features of digital finance and the commerce circulation industry.Studies have shown that the development of digital finance has greatly reduced the threshold of the commercial circulation industry;policy changes have a significant impact on the threshold of the commercial circulation industry,while market changes have no significant impact on the threshold of the commercial circulation industry.The development of digital finance has effectively promoted the competitive vitality of the commercial circulation industry,and has an inclusive effect on the development of small and medium-sized circulation enterprises.
