安宁疗护对癌症末期患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析安宁疗护对癌症末期患者生活质量的影响.方法 随机抽取我院在2017年5月~2019年5月收治的100例癌症末期患者,随机将其分为常规组和研究组,常规组50例患者均进行常规护理,研究组50例患者均进行安宁疗护,比较两组患者护理1周后、4周后以及8周后的生活质量,同时观察其组间心理健康水平、护理舒适度以及满意度差异.结果 常规组患者护理1周后、4周后以及8周后的生活质量评分均显著低于研究组(P<0.05).常规组患者护理后的心理健康水平显著低于研究组,具体表现为其焦虑评分以及抑郁评分显著高于研究组(P<0.05).常规组患者的护理舒适度显著低于研究组(P<0.05).常规组患者的护理满意度显著低于研究组(P<0.05).结论 安宁疗护在癌症末期患者中具有良好的应用价值,不仅可以显著改善患者的生活质量以及心理健康水平,同时还可以进一步提高其舒适度以及满意度,建议积极推广.Objective To analyze the effect of tranquility care on the quality of life of patients with terminal cancer.Methods Randomly select 100 patients with end-stage cancer who were admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019,and divide them into a conventional group and a research group by computer random table number method.All 50 patients in the conventional group were given routine care.All 50 patients in the group were treated with tranquility.The quality of life of the two groups of patients after 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks was compared,and the differences in mental health,nursing comfort and satisfaction between the two groups were observed.Results The quality of life scores of patients in the routine group after 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks were significantly lower than those in the study group,and the data differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mental health level of patients in the routine group after nursing was significantly lower than that in the study group.The specific performance was that the anxiety score and depression score were significantly higher than the study group,and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing comfort of patients in the routine group was significantly lower than that in the study group,and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the routine group was significantly lower than that in the study group,and the data difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Cone I us i on Anning therapy has good application value in patients with advanced cancer.It can not only significantly improve the quality of life and mental health of patients,hut also further improve their comfort and satisfaction.It is recommended to actively promote it.
