摘　　要：本文针对新加坡组屋中老年人广泛参与的公共空间——空甲板、"市场—小贩中心—咖啡店"、结构化社交空间、室外绿化空间,论述空间场所的特性及老年人使用状况,并结合具体案例进一步阐述说明,并分析其"软"环境的支持性,建立"个体—社会关联—场所建设"社区精神关联体。总结出针对"乐龄"人士的高密度邻里社区中开放包容社区精神的营造要点,为提升我国社区建设中空间和老年人的互动关联提供参考。Four types of public spaces in which HDB senior citizens are widely involved are selected,i.e.void decks,"marketplace-hawker center-kopitiam",structured social spaces and outdoor green spaces.Combined with specific cases to further elaborate,the features of these spaces and how older people use and interact with these spaces are illustrated,and its"soft"support environment is analysed and"individuals-social bonds-placemaking"community spiritual associations are established.For the elderly,the key points of creating an open and inclusive community spirit in high-density neighbourhood communities are summarised,providing a reference for improving the interaction between space and the elderly in community construction in China.
