摘　　要：以生产Φ219 mm×5.7 mm气瓶管为例,介绍了Φ180 mm PQF连轧管机组设计开发238 mm新孔型的设计思路、开发过程及试生产情况。生产实践表明:238 mm孔型设计合理,且产品表面质量良好、壁厚精度高;238 mm孔型的成功开发,使Φ180 mm PQF连轧管机组的产品外径上限由180 mm扩展到219 mm。Taking the production of the Φ219 mm×5.7 mm gas cylinder pipe as an example,the design and development of the new 238 mm pass for the Φ180 mm PQF mill are elaborated here in the essay,involving the design idea,the development process and the pipe production situation,etc.The production practice shows that the design of the said 238 mm pass is reasonable,and the pipe as rolled with the pass features good surface quality and high wall thickness tolerance.The successful development of the pass enables the 0D ceiling of the pipes as rolled with the Φ180 mm PQF mill to be changed from 180 mm up to 219 mm.
