酸性和海上服役管线管中微量硼元素的准确测定

摘  要:采用光电直读光谱仪测定酸性和海上服役管线管中微量硼。通过优化仪器工作条件,自制校正样品,建立了硼含量0.0001%~0.0008%含量段的校准曲线,与原始曲线采用分段拟合,以测得此含量段更准确的B含量。试验结果表明:硼含量在0.0001%~0.010%时与谱线强度呈良好的线性,线性回归系数0.9995,检出限为0.00006%。考察了结果的精密度和准确度,测定结果的相对标准偏差RSD小于5(n=10),分析结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱法的分析结果相符。The photoelectric direct-reading spectrometer is used to determine the trace B in the linepipe as serving under the acidic and offshore conditions.Due to such efforts as optimizing the working conditions for the instrument,and self-making reference samples,a calibration curve for the range of 0.0001%~0.0008%content of element B is established,and used for piecewise fitting with the original curve to obtain a more accurate B content in the said B content range.The test result reveals that when the mass fraction of B is within the range of 0.0001%~0.010%,and the line intensity presents as fine linear,the correlation coefficient is 0.9995,and the liner regression coefficient is 0.00006%.The precision and accuracy of the test results are investigated.As a result,it is identified that relative standard deviation RSD of the result is less than 5(n=10).The analysis results are consistent with the results as obtained from the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method(ICP-MS).
