摘 要:基于光子晶体环形腔缺陷与线缺陷波导之间的共振耦合原理,设计了一种由新型环形腔和主波导组成的四通道二维三角晶格光子晶体滤波器。运用平面波展开法和时域有限差分法分析了光波在整合结构中的传输特性,并进一步讨论环形滤波器内的内部介质柱半径大小对滤波器传输特性的影响。结果表明:新改进环形的滤波器传输效率达到80%左右。通过实验,选取内部介质柱半径在0.44R~0.53R时,其传输效率达到85%以上,并进一步选取内部介质柱半径为0.46R,0.47R,048R,0.52R制作四通道滤波器,实现了波长为1646.9 nm,1647.7 nm,1648.5 nm,1652.3 nm四信道波分复用,其传输效率均在92%以上,半峰宽高小于6.0 nm。由于滤波器传输效率高,窄带特性良好,所以适用于光器件集成。Based on the principle of resonant coupling between the ring cavity and the line-defect waveguide of photonic crystals,a four-channel two-dimensional triangular lattice photonic crystal filter composed of a new ring cavity and a main waveguide is designed.The transmission characteristics of light waves in the integrated structure are analyzed by using the plane wave expansion method and the finite-difference time-domain method,and the influence of the radius of the internal medium column in the annular filter is further discussed.The results show that the transmission efficiency of the new improved ring filter reaches about 80%.Through the experiment and selection of internal medium column radius R in 0.44~0.53 R,its transmission efficiency is above 85%,and further select internal media column radius of 0.46 R,0.47 R,048 R,0.52 R made four channel filter,implements the wavelength is 1646.9 nm,1647.7 nm and 1648.5 nm and 1652.3 nm four channel WDM,its transmission efficiency is over 92%,half peak width is less than 6.0 nm,high transmission efficiency is high,the filter narrow-band characteristic is good,suitable optical device integration.
