摘  要:该文论述了碱性水解技术的原理及其在有机固体废物的无害化处理与资源化利用方面的应用进展,并对碱性水解技术存在的问题及今后的发展方向做出了分析。碱解技术常应用于畜禽尸体、屠宰场下脚料、污泥以及秸秆等废弃物的处理,且碱解液经一定处理后可用于生产液体肥料、沼气以及提取蛋白。该液体肥料与普通化肥相比具有缓释效果,沼气产量较空白对照组高30%以上,蛋白提取率均高于50%,且比酸解、热解法高20%~30%。In this paper, alkaline hydrolysis(AH) technology is reviewed with regard to its principle and its application to non-hazardous treatment and resource utilization of organic solid waste are discussed, the problems and further research trends are analyzed. AH nowadays has been widely used in the treatment of livestock carcasses, slaughterhouse waste, sludge and straw. Besides, the hydrolysate can be used for producing liquid fertilizer or biogas and extracting protein after certain methods of treatment, and compared with chemical fertilizer, such liquid fertilizer has a slow-release effect;biogas production is more than 30% higher than that of the control group;and the rate of protein extraction exceeds 50%, being 20%~30% above those of acid hydrolysis and thermal hydrolysis.
