摘 要:随着近年来现代战争对雷达的质量和可靠性提出了更高标准和要求,机载有源相控阵雷达天线的市场需求呈现出了井喷式增长态势。为提高机载雷达生产效能并保证雷达高精度指标要求,文中针对机载有源相控阵雷达天线阵面通道数量多、各单元功能部件集成度高以及调试测试流程复杂等特点,提出了天线阵面中场、近场自动测试的高效联试方案。通过实践证明,该方法有效提高了天线阵面批产效率,减短了雷达交付周期并提高了产品质量,天线阵面调试工位月产能提高近一倍。As the modern war has put forward higher standards and requirements for the quality and reliability of radar in recent years,the market demand of airborne active phased array radar antenna shows a blowout growth trend.In order to improve the production efficiency of airborne radar and ensure the high-precision requirements of radar,this paper proposes an efficient joint test scheme of antenna array mid-and near-field automatic test according to the characteristics of airborne active phased array radar,such as large number of antenna array channels,high integration of each unit functional components,complex debugging and testing process.The practice shows that this method effectively improves the batch production efficiency of antenna array,shortens the delivery period of radar,improves the product quality,and nearly doubles the monthly production capacity of antenna array debugging station.
