摘 要:为了适应雷达天线系统轻型化、片式化的发展趋势,文中提出了一种适用于X波段T/R组件的高效率、高密度、高可靠子阵二次电源,给出了子阵二次电源电路设计方案、关键元器件选择、关键电路参数计算方法,并提出了适用于高频开关二次电源的印制板布板设计要点及高效散热方法。根据文中设计方法,研制了一台高密度、片式化实验样机,并通过分析给出了样机的实验波形和测试数据,证明了子阵二次电源设计方法的正确性和有效性。To fulfill the lightweight and chip-type for the future radar antenna array,a kind of secondary power supply module with high-efficiency,high-density and high-reliability for X-band T/R components is proposed.The design scheme,key component selection and circuit parameter calculation method of secondary power supply are introduced.The layout design key points of printed circuit board and the efficient radiating methods for high-frequency switching secondary power supply are put forward.According to these methods,the high-density,chip-type experimental prototype is established.Finally,the experimental waveforms and test data of the prototype are analyzed,and the correctness and effectiveness of the sub-array secondary power supply design method are proved.
