摘　　要：带蒂大网膜转移一期乳房重建手术安全、易行,临床适应证广泛,术后并发症少,重建乳房形态较饱满、对称,是目前中、小型乳房重建手术的优选方案。本文报道5例大网膜转移乳房重建患者的手术方法、术后效果,并结合既往文献,探讨其安全性及可行性,为临床医师提供参考。Immediate breast reconstruction with pedicle great omentum metasasis is safe,easy to perform,and has extensive clinical indications,less postoperative complications.The shape of reconstructed breast is plump and symmetrical,which is the optimal choice for reconstruction surgery with small and medium-sized breast at present.The surgical methods and effects of breast reconstruction with pedicle great omentum metastasis in 5 patients are reported in this article.Combined with the previous literature,the feasibility and safety of surgery is discussed,which provide a reference to clinicians.
