摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病是以学习记忆和认知功能障碍为主症的神经退行性疾病,针灸防治阿尔茨海默病有一定疗效,临床研究众多,但相关作用机制尚不明确。微生物-肠-脑轴被证明与中枢神经退行性疾病密切相关,本研究分析了微生物-肠-脑轴与阿尔茨海默病的关系,阐述了针灸通过调控微生物-肠-脑轴防治阿尔茨海默病的理论基础及可行性,以期为研究针灸防治阿尔茨海默病的具体作用机制提供思路。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease with learning memory and cognitive dysfunction as the main symptoms.Acupuncture and moxibustion have a certain effect on the prevention and treatment of AD,and there are many clinical studies about it,but the relevant action mechanism is not yet clear.The microbe-gut-brain axis has been shown to be closely related to degenerative diseases of central nervous system.This study analyzed the relationship between the microbe-gut-brain axis and AD.It elaborated the theory basis and feasibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in preventing and treating AD by regulating microbe-gut-brain axis,aiming to provide ideas for studying the specific action mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of AD.
