针刺背俞穴配合穴位埋线治疗脾胃气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究针刺背俞穴配合穴位埋线治疗脾胃气虚型慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2017年10月—2019年10月于我院接受治疗的CSG患者128例,分为治疗组和对照组各64例,对照组给予常规针刺,治疗组采用针刺背俞穴配合穴位埋线治疗,治疗6周后,观察比较两组临床疗效、中医症候评分、胃镜积分、普适性量表(SF-36)及胃粘膜血流量变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(58/64,90.63%)显著高于对照组(49/64,76.56%)(P<0.05);治疗前两组中医证候积分、SF-36评分、胃镜积分和胃粘膜血流量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、胃镜积分与治疗前比较显著下降,SF-36评分、胃粘膜血流量与治疗前比较显著增大(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组中医证候积分、胃镜积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),SF-36评分、胃粘膜血流量明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺背俞穴配合穴位埋线治疗脾胃气虚型CSG疗效确切,能有效改善患者临床症状,增加胃粘膜血流量,提高生活质量,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of needling back-shu points combined with acupoint catgut embedding therapy in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)of qi deficiency of Spleen and Stomach.Methods:128 CSG patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group(n=64)and the treatment group(n=64).The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,whereas the treatment group was treated with needling back-shu points combined with acupoint catgut embedding.After 6 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores,gastroscopy scores,SF-36 scores,and gastric mucosal blood flow were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%(58/64),which was significantly higher than 76.56%(49/64)in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in TCM syndrome scores,SF-36 scores,gastroscopy scores and gastric mucosal blood flow between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);after the treatment,TCM syndrome scores,gastroscopy scores were significantly decreased,and SF-36 scores and gastric mucosal blood flow were significantly increased compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needling back-shu points combined with acupoint catgut embedding can effectively and safely ameliorate the clinical symptoms,increase the gastric mucosal blood flow and improve the life quality in CGS patients with qi-deficiency syndrome of Spleen and Stomach,which is worthy of clinical application.
