摘　　要：抑郁症是由多种因素引起的最为常见的情绪障碍性精神心理疾患,其发病机制复杂,且发病率及自杀率逐年增高而得到社会广泛关注。目前,针刺在抑郁症的治疗方面有着良好的临床疗效,但其具体机制有待进一步研究。研究表明,抑郁症的发生主要涉及神经内分泌和细胞免疫炎症的变化进而影响大脑的结构与功能,故本研究主要通过神经-内分泌-免疫网络理论的调节机制,探讨针刺通过调节神经内分泌免疫网络对抑郁症患者神经内分泌、细胞免疫炎症变化的影响。旨在为针刺治疗抑郁症实验研究提供科研思路及方向,为临床应用针刺治疗抑郁症提供理论支持。Depression is the most common emotional disorder caused by a variety of factors.Its pathogenesis is complicated,and the incidence and suicide rate are increasing year by year,which has attracted widespread attention in the society.At present,acupuncture has a good clinical effect in the treatment of depression,but its specific mechanism needs to be further studied.Studies have shown that the occurrence of depression is mainly related to changes in neuroendocrine and cellular immune inflammation and then affects the structure and function of the brain.Therefore,this study mainly used the regulation mechanism of the neuro-endocrine-immune network theory to explore the effects of acupuncture in regulating the neuroendocrine immune network.The influence of changes in neuroendocrine and cellular immune inflammation in patients with depression is reviewed.It aims to provide scientific research ideas and directions for experimental research on acupuncture in treating depression,and provided theoretical support for clinical application of acupuncture treatment for depression.
