摘　　要：采用事故树分析法对乳化炸药生产线关键要害设备乳化器及乳化制药系统发生燃烧爆炸风险进行了系统性分析,找出了乳化炸药生产过程中发生事故的各种可能途径,从人员、设备、设施、工艺、生产运行、安全联锁、应急管理等方面针对性地提出安全对策,有利于炸药生产线的事故预防和企业的安全生产。The combustion and explosion risk of emulsifier and emulsion pharmaceutical system in the key equipment of emulsion explosive production line is systematically analyzed by Fault Tree Analysis.The possible ways of the accidents are found out in the emulsion explosive production process.The safety countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of personnel,equipment,facilities,process,production operation,safety chain and emergency management.It is beneficial to accidents prevention in explosive production line and safety production of enterprises.
