摘 要:针对某化工企业220t/h循环流化床锅炉投产以来,机组运行中主蒸汽温度达不到设计值、排烟温度高,采用炉膛负压调整、一二次风配比优化等运行调整方法后,主蒸汽温度最高可达到510℃,与设计额定蒸汽温度还存在30℃差距,锅炉排烟温度超过设计值25℃。为解决上述问题,该公司在大修期间,对锅炉过热屏、高温过热器、低温过热器、水冷屏实施改造,改造完成后,通过3次性能试验分析,结果表明:1)改造后,只要运行控制得当,主蒸汽温度可达到设计值;2)锅炉排烟温度最高145℃,较改造前降低15℃,但高于设计值10℃。Since the 220 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler of a chemical enterprise was put into operation, the main steam temperature could not reach the design value and the exhaust gas temperature was high during the operation of the unit. After adopting the operation adjustment methods such as furnace negative pressure adjustment and primary and secondary air ratio optimization, the maximum main steam temperature could reach 510℃, which was 30℃ lower than the designed rated steam temperature, and the boiler exhaust gas temperature exceeded the design value by 25℃. In order to solve the above problems, the company reformed the boiler superheater, high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater and water-cooling panel during the overhaul period. After the transformation, through three performance test analysis, the results show that: 1) after the transformation, as long as the operation control is proper, the main steam temperature can reach the design value;2) the maximum exhaust gas temperature of the boiler is 145℃, which is 15℃ lower than before, but higher than that The design value is 10℃.
